I hope that post is okay. I had the idea bouncing around in my head for a while.

Also, I had that memo posted on typewithme, but I took it down because I figured it was taking up too much space. I can put it back if anyone wants to respond to it for whatever reason, but I figured nobody wanted to scroll through a huge wall of green text.
