Backstory: Ram reads and talks and talks and reads. He was eventually sent out on an adventure because he was told the village needed information on a rare piece of information (that doesn't actually exist). In reality no one could stand his never ending chatter.

Appearance: He appears like most moogles except rather energetic and with a monocle. He wears a brown travelling robe with pockets large enough to hold his spellbook. Given his size that's about all it can hold.
