I would complain about your designs being cat-people way before I ever complained about your designs being sexualized.
EDIT: I would complain about your lack of variety in perspective and character posture before either of those.
...Or I guess, demonstrably after either of those, but it's definitely the thing I think you should work on.
EDIT: If you want to give your unconscious biases a poke, one possible way to see how sexualized a given drawing is, is take that drawing and then draw a male character with the same amount of clothing, same expression, same pose, same amount of detail applied to his junk as you would to her rack, and then see how you react to that.
