So if you talk about something certainly that came from Sony, you're liable to have Google look up your IP address and give it to them. So not only has Sony installed a new rootkit firmware that allows them remote access to their servers, they want to overreach and destroy the 4th Amendment and charge these people with statutory damages because they hacked the PS3 to put on Other OS.
