How exactly is Swarm supposed to be a full-heal? Apparently damage to the swarm more-or-less carries over to Eric's body when he changes back. So, if a piece of the swarm is, say, crushed by a falling pillar or something, that piece of flesh would be missing when he turns back into a human. It strikes me that any battle he gets into would leave him covered in a lot of small paper cuts, 'cuz at least
some damage is likely to be inflicted by the opponent.
Unless of course the creature is so fast with its splitting/reforming that it can't be hit by anything.
But even if that's the case, I still don't quite see how the transformation's a full heal?
