The kind of frustrating part was that I was never in a place that I could slow down or stop - I seriously always only saw him in passing. We always were wearing the same shirt that day and pants. And he was always entering or leaving his vehicle (I was in mine) when I passed him. It was always so weird. Then I moved four hours away.
Go back. Find him. Challenge him to mortal combat.
