Well, the morale system, provided we can tweak it properly, would work to encourage a different strategy than what we usually do.

I mean, normally we're just killing shit and piling on multipliers and damage. But with morale to worry about, that would encourage us to fight more defensively, to keep morale from dropping and to avoid the detriments of low morale and Overwhelming Tide.

Of course, we don't necessarily need the morale system to make us employ different tactics. We could face enemies and bosses who forced us to take different approaches and try to setup formations that cover most of our bases.

But, it'd be up to AB to come up with those enemies, which would extend his workload further. Unless he wants to take input from the players.
