Do they? I thought they just stole kids and shit and trick parents into unloading them super cheap on the promise of big profits in the future. You're a shitty trafficker if you're paying top dollar for your kids. Mr and Mrs Li the rich old couple who have never done this before and don't know the value of kids are going to pay way more.
I hope they held an auction though that would be sweet.
