Serious Organizing Amateur Charities
Today I decided that I wanted to help the community so I created an event on Facebook asking people to help me collect money so we could make care packages for the homeless around town. I'm hoping that I can get this off the ground but I have no experience with an event like this.

Do any of you have experience with something like this? I want to do this right and make sure a difference, no matter how small, is made.
