Appearance: Green. Got antennae on his head. Bald. Short. Still got some baby fat. Got a serious face.
Special Abilities: He has a special ability. It's a beam of chi that is a lot like a cannon. One might call it a 'special beam cannon'. That'd be dumb, though. He's also a kung fu mastah.
Equipment: The clothes on his back, and the fire in his heart. One of those two is weighted in true Dragonball style.
Biography: Cendo is an orphan, his parent dying when he was six in one of those random super villain attacks that are so popular to show the ruthlessness of an evil character just before he is trounced by the good guys. After that he was taken in by a great martial artist who allowed the boy to clean about the dojo and train for some time, however the martial artist was old as well, and though he trained the boy with all he needed to survive and instilled in him a strong sense of right and wrong, Cendo was forced to say good bye to his second home when he was yet a child.

This time, however, the young Namekian felt he was strong enough that he no longer needed a home and now travels the world, driven by an unknown force to change the world for the better. He has no guide on this journey and so now Cendo finds himself traveling from town to town, striving to put right what once went wrong, and hoping each time that his next leap will be the leap home.
