Appearance: Like most of his race, Icie transforms to converse power, though he only has one extra form for that so far. In his original form, Icie has dark blue skin. The traditional white helmet, chest piece, arm guards, and leggings are studded with a light blue circle in their respective front-centers. His "ears" are concave, and he a light purple frame along the side of his face. He has a thick tail with a light blue tip.

In his first form, Icie is much shorter. The white portions of his body appear much more armor-like. Two black horns grow from the side of his head, curving upwards. The light blue centers stretch, becoming oval shapes. His "ears" pop out.

He is almost always in his first form, and generally wears casual sweats. Normally wears a pair of shades, even indoors and some times at night.

Special Abilities: Icie cannot sense ki, as it is difficult for his race. He's taken to some old techniques from his people based on his index finger. The first is where he shoots beams of energy from the tip, much like a bullet. The second is where he gathers energy into a deadly ball, though his does not get very big yet.

Equipment: A modified scouter that had it's power level gauger disabled. It only points to ki so it won't explode. He spent three months of paychecks on this thing in the black market.

Biography: Icie comes from a distant planet. He's been told that his race was once great and ruled the galaxy. That was until a golden monkey killed their most powerful leaders, leading to a galaxy wide revoltion. The already small race couldn't handle the sheer numbers with the terror of their leaders gone. The survivors escaped to a remote part of the galaxy and hid themselves on an uninhabited planet. They have since tried to rejuvinate their race, waiting for the time when the galaxy has forgotten and they can return to their former glory.

However, Icie didn't have time for all that. He's an impatient young rebel, and there is conquering to be done. So he stole a space pod and flew off to go control the galaxy. First stop, Earth.

Icie's reign of terror did not last long. A group of warrior's were quick to take Icie down and stop his quest to conquer Earth. They also destroyed his space pod, stranding him on the planet. After his humbling experience at the hands of the Earth warriors, Icie wandered around Earth for awhile. He still had the pride and demeanor to conquest, but his defeat took away his drive. So he'd often yell at people about how the world was his then just leave. With Icie's lack of education, skills, knowledge, and money, he became a hobo. Eventually he landed a job as a fry-cook and lives in a studio apartment with his roommate Ginger. The urge for conquest still comes up, but Ginger keeps bitching about the rent money.



How strong are people supposed to be? By saga of Dragonball (Z). I'm seeing ranges from Saiyan Saga to Emporer Pilaf.
