So, for the last few weeks, I have been constantly worrying about my new roommate. It's the first time I've ever roomed with someone I didn't know at all, and I was nervous.

Today, I finally moved in and met her. At first everything was cool. We awkwardly just discussed things. Out of nowhere, she asked what kinds of anime I liked, and, after being momentarily concerned that my dorkiness was THAT obvious (I don't have any posters or anything hanging up) we talked about anime a little. I thought this was a good thing, maybe me and my roommate would be able to be good friends.

And then... The worst thing happened.


She basically told me that she thinks that yaoi is gross.

Help me NPF! I feel lost and scared and cold inside. Like I'm living a lie.
