I don't see why this changed, unless the PS2 Classics work differently or they region locked the PS3 with a patch.

I tried using my address with an American state/Zip and it didn't want to know. I'll try using a full address, although that does seem highly illegal.
I hope the PS2 games aren't region locked, that would suck if they managed to take my money and then leave unable to play.
