Professor Timothy Braun.
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Appearance: A tall, thin man in a stained labcoat with short, wild hair, which, after much experimentation, he's managed to bleach white, Timothy is the very picture of an evil genius. He'd better be, he spent ages getting the look just right. His face is just slightly drawn and his eyes seem to burn with an otherworldly passion, which he practiced for hours in front of the mirror. His movements are strangely twitchy, though that might just be the sleep deprivation speaking.
Whether the chemicals he rubbed into his scalp to permanently bleach his hair affected his mental wellbeing at all is uncertain, though he probably wasn't the most stable of people to begin with.

Backstory: Since he could remember, Timothy has idealized the Mad Genius going Where Science Dare Not Tread, challening Repressive Social Norms in the Name Of Progress. He dreamed wild dreams of Flesh Golems, of Botannical Enhancements, of acid-spitting flowers and bamboo that grew with the speed and force of a jackhammer. Unfortunately for him, Timothy was born in northern Canada in the 1970s to a schoolteacher and an accountant, neither of whom had much inclination to humor his ambitions. Ever optimisitic, though, Timothy reasoned that his rise to power and fame would be much, much easier in such a dull, unsuspecting community, and forewent university to start on his carreer in mad science straight after high school. He awarded himself an preemptive honorary Ph.D. for his future achievements in the service of science and set up a well-ventilated lab in his parents' basement.
The fact that the majority of his equipment was improvised from his mother's cookware was considered only a minor downside, and experiments that had nothing monstrous about them except for the smell afterwards were all baby steps towards greatness.
One night, during a rare thunderstorm. a particularly impressive experiment involving at least 20 chemicals, 10 of which Tim didn't even know the name of went impressively wrong, saturating the neighborhood with the persistent smell of moldy cucumber. This, in turn, promted a group of neighbors to complain at the Brauns' front door, and Tim was delighted to have found his very first angry mob. Climbing up onto the roof to better taunt them, Tim braved the wind and rain, cackling with evil glee at the stormy night sky. He'd practiced his evil genius laugh, it was about time he got to use it.
Fate being fate, of course, he'd barely even started taunting the Foolish Peasants for Interfering with his Genius when a lightning bolt, at lightning bolts are wont to, struck him.
The police report on the incident described the scene as "The suspect seemed to float in the air for a moment, illuminated by a strange inner glow, laughing maniacally before disappearing. Witnesses likely suffered from a mass hallucination and suspect escaped on foot after lightning strike."
And now, Timothy has awoken in a new world. A strange new world, with strange new laws of science. A science that he's suddenly good at. Mad as he is, he recognizes a second chance when he gets one. And he intends to do things right this time.
