Safe Mode also not working might mean a bigger issue.

Hrmm, that's unfortunate.
Have you tried to disable the automatic-reboot on BSOD? (F8 as it boots past POST should get a menu to pop up, and you should be able to select "Disable automatic restart...". This may also be visible if you're getting a menu to boot normally or choose safe mode already.) This may help in that you should then have time to jot down the BSOD error code and any other information.
There are some utilities you could try out to rule out hardware (memtest, running LiveCDs to make sure you can get to and see your files and all that, for example), but I am hesitant to just throw things at you for no reason.
