If they reach 3million (possible...) they are nearly doubling from 6 to 11 the number of "legacies" you can have in the game.

Sincem legacies are somewhat like "path trees" that unlock visual changes, new powers, and new story branches, this means the replay value of this game nearly doubles...

Also, one more companion for a total of 7 so far.

this game is getting quite ambitious
