What about agency work? Even if you don't have any marketable skills, they should be able to find you something. That's what got my back into full time work last year, though admittedly I had some skills they were looking for.
Other than that, just apply for everything. I know it's depressing as fuck sending out applications day after day and getting few to zero responses at times, but the more places that have your CV the better. Hell my CV was sitting on a website for over a year before somebody contacted me about a job once, I'd almost forgotten I'd put it up on there by that point.
And speaking of your CV, how good is it? A lot of the time people get rejected because a cursory glance shows that it's badly written or laid out and doesn't look proffessional. Not saying that is the problem but maybe have someone else look it over and see if it looks ok. First impressions and all that.
