I'm not really much for collecting fanart. Nothing against it, I just don't get into fandoms so I don't come across fanart as much. Come to think of it, I hardly ever browse deviant art or art-sharing websites anymore.

Jinyoung Shin, who I've been following for awhile. A lot of her older artwork was removed from her current website (for example, this sailor moon fanart) but is more colourful than what she has currently posted there. So google image search will give you a more complete taste of her style.

this lady. It's awesomeness speaks for itself. Some ladies even cosplayed it (google bosozuko sailor scouts cosplay and you'll see it.)

Are you looking for fanart(ists?) specifically? Cause I don't know a lot of those but for artists in general I could blow up this thread.
