Addendum: My first thought was to make something with the "Iron Yet Caring First" poster to keep up with the 8Bit Theme but couldn't google it -
There's an entire line of clothes based on Care Bears or something that ruins the search.
The second option was a Dear Leader/Supreme Overlord pastiche but that might've come as mean and somewhat uncaring.
The third option was a "Happy Birthday Mom" card but that would've been too subtle someone might mistake it for my actual mom's birthday.
Which led me to the fourth and final option, and the one that truly represents the role of our dear admnistrator.
