Brian probably ignores the space of time between when he uses hadokens, but Digital is merely looking at it from a statistical point of view, and using the spaces in between to gather a probability of when it might be used next. People use statistics to see how many people are born in a day. And they say "It's likely that 12 people will be born today." Now, the people who give birth don't say, "Oh, only 10 people gave birth today, we must contribute", they have a child because they want a child. So judging from the average spacing of hadokens that Brian uses, it's unlikely that we'll see one any time soon.
