Spellforce is a few years old. Fry's should have it, EB might have it and should be able to order it if they don't.
Spellforce 2 should still be in stores, but I haven't played it and don't know how good it is; avoid the European version, it uses StarForce.

I haven't heard of Mark of Chaos. [edit] I have now.
