I like the Avatar world, but it would definitely depend on what kind of framing story you'd be using. Namely, is it pre-show or during show?
Runaways/superheroes (seem to be close enough to be the same thing) - meh.
The MACR could be fun, if we're given enough free rein/the world is silly enough. I'm assuming tournament that segues into battling an ultimate evil or something?
Never watched FMA.
