Actually werewolves in world of darkness can, and do, have full control over their transformations. Mr. Killer may not have been one, I don't know for sure, but I do know that werewolves choose when to change and keep full control of themselves. They simply hate vampires as vampires are part of the 'wyrm', or evil, as werewolves see it, and thus an enemy of Gaia.
