To support such stories as Alex's means of surviving an assassination attempt, lemme go ahead and briefly describe all Reaping Lillies assassins below...

- Adeze: Assassin's name is Mandora. Mandora is quite literally a walking tank. She wears bulky and nigh-impenetrable armor of a samurai design and waves around a sword bigger than Asche's Demon Slayer, but not nearly as sharp. In fact, it's just an immense slab of unsharpened metal affixed to a hilt. Her other arm hauls around a gatling gun. Numerous rusty spikes cover her armor from bigass shoulderguards to bigass boots. Mandora makes use of a powerful jetpack system to increase her otherwise laughable moving ability to breakneck speeds.
- Alexander: Assassin's name is Yukiko. Yukiko is a maiden from the far east that can independently and masterfully wield over a dozen weapons at once with her telekinetic powers. She can also use her psionics directly to turn the battlefield itself against her foes.
- Asche: Assassin's name is Phrayke. Phrayke is a young-seeming but centuries old vampiress of noble blood and ignoble intent. She can fight with the strength of the undead and the speed of a nightmare chasing your ass. Her parasol is a conduit of dark energies which she can gather, shape, and assault her enemies.
- Edrian: Assassin's name is Trishnai. Trishnai is a human-sized fairy with powerful fairy magic at her disposal. She uses a longbow with arrows, but is clearly a sorceress of admirable skill in the "cooler" elements (water, ice, wind, darkness).
- Kestral: Assassin's name is Chlorona. Chlorona is a mandragoran with plant control powers, deadly toxins readily available in her body, and a bitchin' scythe that rivals Adeze's. Her powers extend much farther than those though, such as the ability to rapidly tunnel through ground and the ability to gather sunlight and turn it into an incinerating beam of energy. Ouch.
- Scott: Assassin's name is Phillys. Phillys is a smokin' hottie with all kinds of fiery fury packed in her frame. From the cauldron cannon she wields comes high temperature hurt like no other, namely in the form of ignition clusters, small groups of rocks held together by some kind of ignitable putty that sticks to targets. The rocks strike each other, spark, and set the napalm ablaze.
- Soan: Assassin's name is Clarion. Clarion is a ghostly illusionist with many truely horrifying visions to impart to those who give her trouble. It always seems like she has an army of mutilated freak creatures ready to summon in an instant, and she herself is no slouch in combat, draining life energy with each swipe of her wispy hands. She can possess and use living beings as her tools (it won't be any of you, don't worry) as effectively as they could fight on their own.
- Sylen: Assassin's name is Anatasia. Anatasia is a gun expert, able to wield any firearm like a pro. She's also an exceptional pro wrestler. That's about all that can be said about her.
- Taharial: Assassin's name is Isabella. Isabella uses bubbles that explode with powerful sonic force, turning the reckless attacks of her enemies against them. She can generate these bubbles immediately on the fly, and is a deft fighter with her giant bubble blowing rod. Unfortunately, an internal struggle against the creature that possessed her at the wrong time cost Isabella her life.
- Thar: Assassin's name is Celesta. Celesta is the youngest member with the ability to generate potent forcefields for both offensive and defensive purposes. She likes to play with her foes, causing lots of chaos and destruction to the local environment before servicing her contract. She also uses the environment in conjunction with her forcefields to create deadly projectiles.

So, ten assassins, nine alive...well, nine still moving. I guess Phrayke and Clarion don't qualify as alive.
