Do you have anything more to go on? That's one hell of a lot of potential commercials to get through, and anything would be of help. Do you know what teams might have been involved, or what the commercial was selling? Was this something on ABC, NBC, CBS or Fox? Heck, even her age at the time of the commercial might be helpful.

Name would be of great help, but not sure if you feel comfortable sharing that.

And have you tried IMDb? I don't know if it keeps good track of commercials, but as she was an actress maybe you could find her under something else?

Really, what you've given us isn't nearly enough to do anything.
