I sympathize with that poor girl so damn much it's stupid.

Really overbearing and controlling parents are on the same level as neglectful parents to me. Both fuck the kid up.

Top it off by telling me that her parents are avid church goers and loves JAYSUS.
There's the off chance that they aren't trying to justify their megalomania with religion though.

I got a good guess why they tell her that they don't want her. It's probably due to the sexual assault she had to endure. Poor girl's gonna need to have a strong head on her shoulders or she's gonna be damaged goods right out of the gate. Man, some people just don't have a fucking chance.
