Okay, so:

I apparently hadn't actually switched it to onboard video.

It's not happening anymore, though. At least if it happens it's not an issue. I'll keep testing and may end up buying a new video card if that's the problem.

Edit: I thought it could be the cable and then my brother goes and says "No, not the cable, I already swapped it once." which was, uh, a year ago.

Edit2: Tried my mom's TV/Monitor thing. Still happening. Going to check if I have another cable. Also: Holy fuck, 22" this is fucking huge.

Edit3: For whatever reason it seems to be happening much less than this morning. I'm guessing it's the cable.

Edit4: And it seems to only happen when there's a lot of black/gray on the screen.

Edit5: First, apparently, the cable's adapter was one of the problems. And the videoboard seems to have some...Problematic capacitators.
