So, I was using my computer this morning and apparently it decided to go nuts for no reason. There's a bunch of horizontal, blue bars flickering on the screen every couple seconds. This may be a video card thing, I guess, but I haven't found anything about it.

Specs:
nVidia GeForce 8600 GT on a Philips 190VW 19" monitor
