So I just beat that Telltale Walking Dead thing, and then I was almost in tears, and then I sat in stunned silence looking at that stats screen thing.
I think it's a pretty good game. Others seem to think that it's not really a game, it's just a lot of sort of QTEs, like Heavy Rain. It's true that it's mostly plot-driven, but it's a good plot, and at one point you get a shotgun and start blowing zombies away, so I guess there's something for either side. That being said, you could also look at it as a difficult choice simulator, but it's a tribute to the writing and the characterization that you swallow that lump in your throat and keep going. Anyway, I'm off to do push ups and lift heavy things and open up jars and pee standing up like the big tough man I am. |

Well, it's an adventure game and advertised as such. You could complain it's a series of QTEs but there numerous games that are advertised ostensibly as action games, platformers, FPSes, etc. which have WAY too much QTEs. It's a story-driven adventure game, so QTEs SHOULD be the extent of the action.
Plus the story was super great so... |

For clementine...
This is pretty much my driving force halfway through this game and all the way to the end. Also, here is something interesting... in your game, was Kenny an asshole? Cause in mine he was kinda Ok... if a bit of a moron. Also, fuck ben. Just... gonna let this out. |

I kind of spoiled it for myself, 'cause I watched the TBF playthrough for a bit before buying my own copy, so I chose to try to save Shawn because I knew that Kenny saved Duck. I also chose to try to save Larry because it was the right thing to do.

Not bad.

I was on Kenny's side until he killed Larry and then he acted like it was a big betrayal and acted like an asshole to me the rest of the game. I even killed Duck for him so he didn't have to and he still hated me.
But yeah. Game was pretty sad. Also don't watch the show. |

Yeah I took the same route with Kenny. It really kind of annoyed me that he practically hates you after you don't help him out that one time. I suppose there was some airing out of grievances in the last episode and Lee and Kenny did sort of work out some of their issues. So I guess that's something.
