Astral Harmony will become famous soon enough. Eventually. Maybe.
Default Nightmare Factory 1: You Meet a Little Girl...and All Hell Breaks Loose

Chapter 1: A Coin On Its Edge

The hallway outside the padded rooms where you had awoken was disturbing. Someone hadn't been here to clean in a while, but if someone did maintain this place, they had done it recently. The dust was almost negligible. But seriously, someone should have bothered to change the flourescent lights. The lighting was dim, but fortunately not out, allowing everyone to see everyone else with enough detail to know that they weren't looking at monsters.

Suddenly, a strong sense of vertigo. Bizarre visions flashed behind your eyes. Some kind of machines. Out-of-control fires. Strange human shapes with sharp objects on their bodies. You don't recall seeing things like these before. Then, the vertigo passes in an instant and you hear what sounds like a small pair of bells. A gust brushes against your body, coming from the other end, and you instinctively turn to look at the other end of the hallway.

A closed door. A second passes and it flies open. A little girl phases in as though that part of the hallway was a television show skipping pieces of time. The girl was...strange to say the least. She must have been somewhere around ten years old or perhaps less. Her clothing had a gothic lolita maid vibe going on. Her hair was pale blonde and hung down around her body. Her hands were completely wrapped in clean white bandages and so was her face...well, almost all of her face. They could clearly see her left eye. The eye was big, but the pupil small, and the way she looked at you with it made you uncomfortable. Even more disturbing was the bloody kitchen knife she clutched loosely in her right hand. Her right hand held the ear of a stuffed kangaroo doll that reached to the floor. The doll had seen better birthdays as indicated by the few patches and worn stitches. "You are undecided," the little girl said simply. "But that will change. You will decide which side of the coin faces up, as my father would put it."

What in the hell was she talking about? You thought you might have the ability to question her, but the girl phased out, leaving only another ringing of those small bells you noticed in her hairband. The door remained open, and you didn't like what you sensed in the room on the other side. An eerie, unsettling cold seemed to come from that door and you thought you could hear the sound of movement. Shambling movement.
