So here's a thing that showed up last night.

Apparently, last night there was a countdown of like one hour on that site, and when it ended the actual countdown you see now started. Squeenix!

Regardless, it's The World Ends With You news and I am therefore super excited. So go ahead and speculate about whatever it is!

As for the song on the site, it's only the backing track of a song. More bits of it will be added every day. But if you're impatient, someone dicked around with the site files and pulled out a version that's at something like three days left.

It sounds like a mix of Calling and Twister.

So, what do you guys think? The sequel we all hope they don't screw up, a remake/port, or Shibuya world in KHIII?

Bejeweled clone for iphones, but with pins or something. I think TWEWY had something involving pins.

They're bringing back Pogs. Only with TWEWY pin designs.

Welp. I'd say I was disappointed, but first I'd have to expect Square to actually do something worthwhile with an amazing game that didn't sell as well as Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest.

On the plus side, at least they didn't take this the KH II route and just basically say "add more long-haired pretty boys and then BS together something resembling a plot."

The countdown site uses a shortened version of the game's Japanese name, so that's pretty much a major hint.

Of course, watch it be a 3DS port or something Pottermoreish.
