Let me start with Ikea's "we thought of that." It's not so much the slogan itself, as it is that they always stick in into the weirdest places. I got this Ikea flyer today. It shows a picture of a closet filled with women's clothing and a bunch of high heels. There is text that reads as follows:
"The woman who has everything. Plus five new pairs of heels. (We thought of that)." What are you trying to communicate with this advertisement? Is it code? Is Timmy trapped in the well again? Are you just really proud of your sentence structure in the previous two sentences? Did you build a robot woman who collects shoes? What? Next is an interesting one my friend found at a place called The Country Kettle Restaurant: "Your family is our secret recipe!" Seriously. Post some of your own.

Nike's "Just Do It" has been misinterpreted ever since saying "doing it" meant having sex.
That's all I can think of atm. Not exactly a rousing start. Sorry.

When I was in Japan Adidas had this advertising campaign with the phrase "Impossible is Nothing," which may or may not be some classic Engrish depending on how you look at it.
Don't get me started on the other advertising strategies they had though... |

Sony's euro ad slogan for the white PSP slim. "White is better then Black", It really didn't help that this slogan was on one of there billboards with a photo of a white women with white hair and a white jump suit beating a black guy with black hair and black jump suit. They got rid of that pretty quick after the media ripped them for it.

Edit: Okay, I found the billboard, but I can't find the "White Is Better" slogan, just "White Is Coming." It's still pretty bad, but at least maybe a bit ambiguous when you consider the other photos that hadn't been put on billboards yet of the two women in various states of either winning or losing. Still a terrible terrible idea that makes me wonder who the fuck is running PSP's marketing. I mean, these are the same people who gave us all those racially charged ads when the PSP first came out.
