Its that game you all love, everyone comes in, kicks each other's asses, and someone is crowned victor of manslaughter at the end. In case you guys have never played, let me describe the rules.

Everyone starts with 100 energy. Your goal is to reduce everyone else's energy to 0 while keeping yours up. You have three actions you can preform. Attacking, Defending, and using powers. Actions are preformed via pm, and results will be shown in the thread along with a brief description of what happened.

The actions you can preform are in better detail
Attacking: You allocate so much of your energy and pick someone. They will lose that much energy minus defense
Ex: Matt attacks Jill for 50, she defends for 30, she loses 20 energy and is now at 80.

Defend: You allocate so much energy into defending, reducing damage from attacks.

Powers: If you have a power that has an energy, then you allocate energy to it to activate. If it requires picking someone, you do so then. If the power has a burn cost, then you lose that much energy.


Now how do you get powers? Well that is the fun part. When you sign up for this game, you post in here saying what, and then you pm me two powers that you make up. There are three categories of powers, static, active, and sidekicks. Be careful about what kind of powers you make, because you might not get them.

Static: These powers are in effect until your death. They require nothing on your part and just continue going.
Example power: Body armor - +10 to defend.

Active: You must activate these powers when you attack and defend, paying their costs. You can activate the power as as many times as you can pay for it unless the power says otherwise.
Example power: Whirlwind attack - 30 energy: Make a 5 energy attack against all players.

Sidekicks: This gives you another hero to control, with their own energy. They attack and defend just like you do, and even when you die they can keep fighting in your place.
Example power: Heroic Lad - You gain a 25 energy sidekick with no powers.


Once everyone has signed up, and powers are made, there comes a bidding time. Everyone pm a list of powers they are bidding on, using your energy as currency. Whoever bids the highest on a power wins it, losing that much energy and gaining the power. If you bid on a power but didn't win, you keep your energy. Once all the bids are in, I'll send a pm to everyone telling them what powers they have, and their starting energy. I will then post a thread and post a list of everyone and current energy totals, and rumble will begin.

If you have questions, please ask, I know I can be unclear sometimes. Rumble can be played with few people, but the more the merrier, so I am just going to leave signups open and see how many we get.
