I better not be the only one picking it up tomorrow.

So I tried the demo and I found the Axe and Shield combo to be very nifty. I still haven't been able to beat Qurupeco, even with it. Fucking Rathian and the time limit mess me up.

However, the lance is sooooo good. I love how it feels. It's just, right.

I pre-ordered the Wii Speak bundle, so if any of you guys want to listen to my smexy (sore throat) voice I hope we can get online and show our gear.

I might pick it up this weekend. This being finals week and all, I won't need to be worrying about none of that "School" stuff for a while starting this weekend

I didn't realize a "Wii Speak" existed, though. That's what I get for not keeping up to date with modern whatsits.

My roommate and I both got it tonight. First thing I did was grind out stuff to make the bone switch axe, hop online and make it.

I'm good to go now

Roommate is a gunner. Anywho, if anyone is up for online, we both are

We also got wii speaks...it's kind of meh. A lot of feedback happens if one has their tv too loud.

So, I got it today, two days before official release date.
I also got it for 50% off, probably because of some stupidity at the cash register.

It's on it's way here now!!! I was stupid enough to get Sengoku Basara Double Pack first now i have to wait a couple of extra days =/

Already played the Japanese Demo and this game is 100% worth a buy.

So, am I over thinking things by trying to come up with a cool name? Like, should I just name my hunter Phil? Will all the super-pro hunters who've been playing since the first game and can take down elder dragons by kicking them in the shins going to turn their noses up at my lack of imagination? Can I even name my guy Phil, given the online component?

Yeah, you can name your guy whatever. Each character once you go online has a second independent ID.

BTW, you have to friend people to use wii speak, and to do that you have to send them a message with a friend request. It took my roommate and myself a bit to find that out.

Anywho, Ill be on most of the day tomorrow if anyone wants to quest.
