No disrespect to Matt's art (which is awesome - waiting for more HIKYM episodes!), but someone could make a sprite version of this just to see how many sprites can be cramped into one panel.

Wait a second.

There are decidedly more than 9 nachos on Dragoon's plate. Take a look at the plate during the "Sects buddies" line. I see at least 11.

edit: oh wait that's part of the joke.

See, I thought that the comic tat you were linking as part of the joke was going to be to that comic where they go to that absolutely horrible restaurant and eat fried lead.

One more character that I don't remember:
In the panel with Akbar's not useless tools, there's a fence on the far right side. Where the dead squid-head cultist is. Through a gap in the fence, we can see a guy in what looks like glasses and a trenchcoat, holding a knife, presumably having just killed the cultist. Who is that?

I really like the epilogue; I've looked at it a few times already and am still catching things I missed. Just a moment ago I noticed the lawninja hanging out on the palace balcony, and it looks like that's Dr. Malpractice with his 'Prince Thief' pillow over there.
And that's not even the half of them!

I am really going to miss 8-Bit. So many laughs...

Edit: As for 'Garland', I like to think it's actually him, probably working as a waiter at a restaurant he owns to ensure maximum service. I notice that Sara seems to be giving the Garland an evil glare. He even has little surprise lines over his head, which I take to be recognition!
