It does indeed look like a new syringe gun model.

I can't wait to get my hands on it.

It's probably just the alternate syringe gun that's in the Beta:

On Hit: Applies Mad Milk for 2 seconds
50% slower firing rate
50% less damage

I'm more interested in getting the Quick-Fix, or even the Bonesaw with the ability to see enemy health, from the Beta.

The videos were really fun for the most part.

El Muchacho, Saxton's 6, The Spying, and Funniest Replay were highlights.

It looks like doves were added to maps as well. 21 maps, 20 videos plus Meet the Medic

And a little something called the Saxton Hale Deathsport Invitational is tomorrow.

Looks like things are all lined up for a big update tomorrow.

Edit: By the way, anyone else been having servers acting weird lately? Seems to be getting choppy for me even in great latency, and other weird things like having the grey bars you get telling you your respawn timer after you respawn.
