Default Best Classic D&D PC RPG Bundle Ever!

http://www.amazon.com/Dungeons-Drago.../dp/B005JQ064A

Baldur's Gate plus Expansions
Baldur's Gate II plus Expansions
Icewind Dale plus Expansions
Icewind Dale II plus Expansions
The Temple of Elemental Evil
PLANESCAPE: TORMENT!!!

All for only...$20!

Just Planescape and Temple would cost me 16 dollars off of GOG.com, so I plan on getting this bundle as soon as its available. The others are all pretty famous, but if you're not familiar with Temple it was one of the few games made by Black Isle Studios (made up of former Fallout developers/designers from Interplay) who also made the superb CRPGs Arcanum and Vampire: The Masquerade, and faithfully recreates a pretty popular D&D module.

There will also be another bundle releasing soon containing Neverwinter Nights 1 & 2, plus expansions, for $30.

I wonder how will GOG respond to this, will they make a bundle? Will the prices of those games get lowered?

Also, it's a really nice bundle, and it comes with an actual DVD and box ...but...shipping from the US to Mexico is either expensive or unreliable (the USPS has lost several of my packages >_>)

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing, I'm going to be watching GOG.com to see if they announce a price-drop/bundle for digital copies of these games. Ten bucks for six games plus expansions would be AMAZING. I'm more than willing to deal with the PDF manuals, burning my own CDs/DVDs and such to save so much money (like I did with Arcanum or Arx Fatalis, which I think I got both of them for something like 2 dollars each when they had a deal on them).

If BG1 and 2 hadn't been the absolute last thing I ever pirated, and weren't already sitting on my hard drive with Tutu installed and ready to be played, and an awesome Paladin that took 2 hours to roll created, I may have jumped for this.

Well I know what you mean but when I see them offering it for such a low, low price I'm willing to pay for it. I mean I do tend to use...other means...for many of these older games but when they're this cheap it just seems...unseemly.

But you know what's missing from this bundle?

Pool of Radiance: Ruins of Myth Drannor.

Yeah, yeah, the unpatched version had a glitch where if you uninstalled it, the game would, you know, erase your system files. But they fixed that! And still, a pretty good game in my opinion, though a lot of people disliked it, it did have the advantage of 1. a turn-based system and 2. being a pretty big dungeon crawl with some memorable quests and characters.

Sadly, the Temple of Elemental Evil is so buggy that you probably will never get it to run.

For this price, this is completely worth it! Even if you already have the game by "other means". These are trully amazing games... i just wonder why now... do you think they might be thinking of releasing a new game in the series?

Jagos, they've BEEN selling games. A buddy of mine bought Final Fantasy Tactics(PS version) off of Amazon. For like... $20 I think it was? Great game though for a low price.

I've played Arcanum though. For some reason, I could never really get into it. If I know what you're talking about, it's that steampunk D&D game, right? If I am, for some reason, it didn't really appeal much to me. I'll stick with Baldur's Gate and Neverwinter Nights.
