The Red Hood/ Batman murder suicide pact was pretty awesome, but I was disappointing to have to quit playing so early since I thought I was hiding pretty well.

I have to ask - Hawk, did you target me because I caught your SK role, or did you really think I was part of Batman Inc.?

You and BF were on my shortlist of 4 possible targets. I can't remember who the other 2 were now. You and BF were at the top due to the possible WIFOM situations I could create.

BF was there because he was suspicious of me, and when he asked for an explaination he said he was satisfied with what I'd said, which made him a perfect person for me to kill, because it would have made no sense for me to kill him.

You on the other hand, were still totally suspicious of me, so killing you off was great too, because that would have been a stupid thing for me to do and I could argue I was being framed by the real SK.

I had also contemplated not killing anyone that night, to throw you all off and maybe make you think you'd already frozen the SK or they'd gone inactive for the night. This would have also helped to create a null tell had I been frozen by Freeze the next day, because the lack of kills wouldn't have proven anything and would have rendered Freeze practically useless for the rest of the game.

I can't actually remember why I settled on you in the end, though I had a lot of trouble figuring out the best plan (Moogs will tell you, I changed my mind like 3 times).

And it was all for nought anyway because you killed me 2 days in a row, bastard.

A note on the millers. I do indeed hate the miller role, like I said I hate any role that actively screws a player over like that, so I tried counter balancing it with immunity the the main mafia don. Plus like I said, I couldn't think of a better ability/role to give the Hush character, and it totally fit from a story perspective too. Maybe I should've just stuck him as a vanilla townie, but it was cool to give Aldurin that option I mentioned earlier (whether to claim immediately or not and hope to waste mafia hits on himself).

I'm actually very happy you guys enjoyed the posts then. Even if you're not a huge Batman geek, my hope was for it to keep your interest and even possibly get you interested into the comics themselves. Either way though, it was fun.

P.S. Here was the Night 1 action from Fenris, before he got SK'd.

I tried to keep the fears vague enough that it wouldn't single any character out ever (and also not step on the PO's role too much), but enough to give the roleblocker some idea. Unfortunately it only got used one time.

I remember when this happened and I had to really restrain the comic nerd in me from pointing out that you were just flat out wrong with this since Riddler is the true mastermind behind the original Hush storyline with having been the one to figure out that Batman is Bruce Wayne, but it just killed me that nobody even bothered to look into it at the time to verify whether or not you were telling the truth.

P.S. Yes, Tim Drake is the best Robin (and also the only other person to get called "Detective" by Ra's al Ghul himself). Screw all the haters!

My favorite part was when Hawk died N1 and N2. If you couldn't get anymore pleasure from him dying right away the first night, you could watch it happen all over again! ;P I truly am sorry that RO outed himself though. At least you got in two days though!

Q: Did town have a Vig? If not, who was the vig supposed to be? Or why wasn't one incorporated? This made the SK's ability pointless didn't it? since lynch, SK, and mafia were the only ways to kill.

No the town didn't have a Vig. I purposefully took the Vig role out for 2 reasons. 1 being that I had already added in a few other roles more than I originally wanted (with keeping it a low-powered mafia game). Mainly I'm referring to the Miller and Roleblocker who I was toying with the idea of whether I should include them or not. The second reason was also because I couldn't decide on which villain should be nominated the Vig.

Plus if I had added a Vig in the game, the game would've been shorter and originally I wanted to have very few killing roles in the game (just mafia and SK). Also if everyone hadn't lynched the Bodyguard on Day 1, there might have been a few saved kills during the night even.

What ability of the SK's was pointless?
