So These Modern Duty Games, These Call Of Warfares; Are They Any Good?

I've often dismissed these games in favor of the latest mainstream title, but Call Of Duty, Battlefield, Modern Warfare have all seemed appealing to me at one point in time. But now that that Starcraft thing is slowing down, the new ads are for Battlefield 4.

Granted, you know, it looks a little pre-rendered cinematic trailer, but what I want to know is whether or not these supposedly realistic shooters are worth it?
