"It has been a week since the explosion at Echo tower forced one of the four buildings that make up Angel Bay's most famous landmark to shut its doors. While repairs are under-way, one can't help but wonder just what motivated the attack, and who was responsible. While several groups have come forward to claim the incident, the police remain silent as to where their investigation is leading."

"Meanwhile, whoever was responsible, the event itself seems to have kicked off a reaction in the local community in a manner not seen for perhaps decades. Civil unrest has spread throughout Angel Bay, and new statistics indicate we are perhaps in the opening wave on the greatest crime wave ever seen in this state. Authorities are advising citizens remain calm, and go about their business as per usual, and to listen for instructions should the worst occur."
