I havnt seen a thread about these so I thought I would bring it up.
These appear quite basic and if you play a game such as WoW you probably cant be bothered spending time with these. There are two that I play: Kings of Chaos (KoC) Final Hero (FH) Kings of Chaos is a well established game with around 20,000 serious players and Final Hero is still in its baby phases. Now what makes these games interesting is the player politics and alliances involved (not so much in Final Hero because it is still small). I know when I first started playing KoC I found it boring as hell until I got into the alliance aspect of it. There are wars between massive amounts of players and it's good fun. These kind of games are based around "turns", where every 20 or 30 minutes you get resources based on your army size and types of soldiers you have. Every now and then they are completely reset and everyone stats go back to zero, and who ever is ranked #1 at the resest is the winner of the "Age". This may sound stupid to you (it did to me), but it is a good system. In my opinion FH is a better game than KoC but because it is still small there is a lack of politics for now. Actually FH is about to have a reset in a few days so if you have a look at it now you will be on even ground when the next age starts. If you do decide to check these games out make sure to check out their forums as there will be players around to answer any questions or get you into their alliances. My KoC username is Smackdabb, so feel free to message me for anyhelp or a better explanation. Cheers |
