Aside from selling stuff on eBay? I don't really think such a way exists. I mean, if you're a really good artist, you could sell commission work, but I don't think anyone really rakes anything in from that.
Have you tried temp work, like Spherion? Or maybe Kelly services? Some of the jobs that Spherion offers are temp-to-hire, so you might want to look into that. SWB
