New TF2 Comic is online

Valve got around to updating the TF2 comic, and it continues the series' steady descent into madness. I have to admit I'm enjoying Valve's exploration into the world of Team Fortress as they get further and further from the Gravel Pits of the game.

Also Zhanna wins this episode.

Read and be AMAZED at the DEATH-DEFYING DEEDS in this season's/month's/year's/VALVETIME'S episode of Team Fortress Comics #4: BLOOD IN THE WATER!!

I'd pick a panel and post it as a favorite, but there are too many and I don't want to spoil the story.

Just like Expiration Date, every single word Soldier says is pure gold.

I love that Heavy is actually one of the smarter mercenaries too.

Spy is totally Scout's dad.

Yeah, Heavy (And Pyro, if you think about it) being the sensible ones in the comic should say how dire a situation they're in.

So New Zealand is basically that one race of underwater weirdos from Godzilla vs. Megalon minus the giant bug monster?

At this point, kaiju would not be the strangest thing in the TFuniverse

Well, who knows how long we'll have to wait to see how the cliffhanger ending pans out. I just hope this doesn't turn out like the ending of HL2 Episode 2. By which I mean Valve forgets it exists and makes Portal comics or something instead. Also, is it sad that during the entire exchange with Engie and the Administrator, the only thing I could think of is "Dell looks odd with a beard?"

Pretty sure it's Dell's dad, who's been featured elsewhere, too, and is the Engineer of the old mercs team.

Nope.

As you can see, that looks nothing like the Engie working on Helen. In fact, there's a cosmetic item that gives him that style of facial hair.

Even after I learned, grew up, and came to be on the right side of a lot of important issues, I was still angry, abrasive, and generally increased the amount of hate in the world, in pretty unacceptable ways.
