Find other people online, start with a basic and reliable means of communication and input between them, and pool resources, ideas, skills, and manpower, and you'll churn out something someone wants to buy.
What is most important, and is universal in any method you make to make money online, is that you need Capital. Just like before the internet, just like before capitalism, if you wanted to start selling, buying, and trading any good, you needed enough money to furnish and grease the wheels. If you want to sell your art, you'll need a really good scanner, wacom tablet, art materials, a mac or pc, some means of advertising your art beyond deviantart. If you want to make a game, it pays to pay for specialized help. If you're writing novels, you need money to even get some publishing companies to notice you.
