The first comic I read was Episode 781: The Travel District. I had followed a link from an Eragon hate blog. The text for the link read "8-Bit Theater: The funniest thing you will ever read."

And that's how I discovered webcomics.

First of all, Final Fantasy One is my all time favorite old school game.

After my friend introduced me to this web-comic, I could not get enough. I went through the over 1,000 episodes in a matter of a couple weeks. It is cool, cute, and delightfully twisted. Keep up the good work, Brian!

I was bored and using random search on Wikipedia. I found the 8-bit Theater page, got linked here, and, eventually, made a forum account.

I saw a page posted a forum I frequent, The Ordo Off Topicus, about a fortnight ago. It was Black Mage's explanation of how Lex Luthor was actually good, and I decided to check it out.

I'm dead glad I did.
