Mine would definitely be Vac.04,#4-In a World, 376, and the Entire Drizz'l Saga

It was the quintessimal Black Mage episode. Followed by the explanation of Black Mage as a nexus, Black Mage driving kid insane with his looks, and Black Mage with White Mage hitting on her |

I don't think I'd ever be able to pick just one. There's so many that have become gems. A lot of the stuff in Elfland was priceless.
