Because sometimes consumers blow things way out of proportion and we live in a world where someone really would try to sue Nintendo for a quick buck for offending them. Soccer moms seem more tame now a days though.

Really we're worrying about this way too much. Pokemon never had a problem like that before. I don't see it having any problems now.
