Bob, you need to scare people. My stuff is smack middle of the map and nobody messes with it.... maybe it' because it's so small and unambitious... i dunno.

Either way, just an quick heads up... as a silly prank, i went to one of the higher skywalks we have and just when the stairs end i made a hole so people would fall back to earth. Silly prank, just 2 blocks to replace!

I'll also agree with Nikose.

Paid server will be turned back on before I go to bed. Needed to give the system a break. The software update should be released some time next month, it should clear away some of the bugs, and hopefully the memory leaks and bottlenecks as it is devouring my processor.

Alright that settles it. I'm buying the game tomorrow (or tonight if I get tired of watching Dr. Who), spending some quality time on the wiki to figure stuff out, then I'll help build the town because that sounds like it would be awesome. Although I would recommend a slightly larger space since while most houses will be 6x6, guild halls deserve more room than that. And if we aren't going to have guild halls then screw you we're having them even if I have to build them myself.

I would also suggest spending some hands on time in the single-played paid version in order to get some more hands-on practice

When I log in on my desktop next (I will be unavailable tomorrow, so people- practice in SINGLE PLAYER! first to figure out what you like!)

Construction will begin Tuesday afternoon, I think, 12 PM EST. I may have to take my new kitten to the vet, and that might interrupt. I'll be online clearing the groundwork for Castle BobCraft.

I'll do random jobs as I need to fill in spots.

ANY ITEMS BROUGHT TO SURFACE SHOULD BE PLACED ON THE GROUND IN A (SOMEWHAT NEAT) 3wx6lx2h PILES OF SAME MATERIAL. STONE WITH STONE, WOOD WITH WOOD, ETC.

Items can be thrown on ground with Q.

SUDDEN THOUGHTS:
Okay so if you didn't realize from the frontpage, this game is in EARLY ALPHA and Beta is a long way off- $10 is supposedly the half-off price he'll be charging later, and it's an open Alpha. If you don't want to spend $10 on that, he said that anyone who asks for a refund of their $10 within the first month will get it.

MINER'S GUILD: (Duties include digging up stone, all types of materials possible, bringing to surface for use)

WOODCUTTER'S GUILD: (Duties include tree cutting, planting, and bringing wood to town for use in construction)

Also I constructed a coliseum in front of someone's castle on the western border today in the free version. It's only half done, but feel free to add on as you see fit. I'm thinking of putting a gate or two at each end and a gladiator entrance.

Hey, so I finally got around to playing this. Fun game! Built a house-tree-flying-library-Tower-thing (Ok, so most of the work building the place was done by everyone else while I ran around getting lost - Mac is apparently an awsome interior designer, who knew?)

Happy to help out in the survivor thing. Woodcutter sounds fun!

Right so I bought the game, been messing around in single player (night scares the shit out of me at this point) and I've been forced to use second-hand crafting guides since I can't get onto the minecraft wiki. Regardless, I'll join Steel in the Woodcutter guild since the first time I stepped near a cave I nearly got exploded by a suicidal zombie.
