This is how I am cured by my next mis-adventure.

I was wondering how I was going to top last years Raven comic until it hit me.

From Saturday October 24th till Hallowe'en Night, I will be posting 2 comics a day.

Got into a Warcraft kick after seeing discussing lore (and baby cow pinatas) with Mac, so I relented and drew Shyria in Tauren form. Based her off the Hunter I rolled up when I had a WoW account for like a month (including Stellaluna the Duskbat pet), but I didn't try to stay exactly accurate down to armor and weapon details. I also kept a few select features from her dragon form (sharper claws/hooves, markings, and horn design).

Hey look, I finally decided to draw a somewhat less generic pose. And it's got perspective! (sort of).

Been working for a few days on this (ended up missing the start of the RP as a result, which I swore I wouldn't do this time *sigh*). I sketched the basics in pencil, scanned that and did the final linework in Illustrator. Currently in the middle of coloring it in Photoshop. I plan to put a fire effect around the claws and at the transition area between the scales and armor on the left arm. Maybe around the sword as well if I like how it turns out.

10/3/09 EDIT: Got the flat colors done! Shading comes next.
