Personally, I think that the 300 joke could've been a bit more subtle and would've worked better as such. Lines from the movie by themselves fit the bill; people would be going, "hey where've I heard that from before OH YEAH lol." It just seems too obvious and blatant here. Especially with the whole M.A.R.T.A.N.S. thing. I didn't feel like I was watching a 300 joke take place. I felt like I was watching you TRY to make a 300 joke take place. The movie lines could've worked just fine by themselves instead of the use of M.A.R.T.A.N.S. to force the joke down your throat.

So yeah. That aside, it was pretty good.

In retrospect, I really should have seen this episode coming. At least it's better than the South Park parody.

I liked the South Park 24 parody (The Snuke) better than the 300 parody. Anyway, this is my favorite since the recent King Steve comics and probably one of my favorites of all time.

EDIT: Also, I love Fighter's referrence to one of my favorite older episodes.

Anywho, loved the comic. "More like a few standing against a few others", lol. Can't waitto see how this'll get resolved. I'm guessing either murderin' or ignoring them and running.

Ah. You're forgetting something, though. If RM was mimicking Fighter, he'd never stop multiplying himself. So it can't be that.

Fighter originally counts as two because he's so awesome.
That's 2.
But then he got another pair of swords. That like doubles his awesome.
That's 4.
Then his class change doubles his awesome again.
That's 6.

When you add the other light warriors, that's 9.

I mean, it isn't exactly like Spartans are copywritten, and I think the 300 joke would go over a bit better. I mean, with a name like Martans, I thought it was a joke on some sort of Big Lots store that I wasn't getting (I think its called Martin's).
